With over 21 years of experience supporting a fast-paced real estate company, Nicole brings organization, accuracy, and a people-first approach to every aspect of her bookkeeping business. Throughout her career she managed transaction coordination, escrow spreadsheets, incoming deposits, assisted agents with managing multiple platforms, and MLS property listings.

As a Certified Bookkeeper and a lover of spreadsheets, she combines technical knowledge with decades of real-world financial organization and administrative expertise. In addition to her professional background, she has long been the trusted person family members and friends turned to for help managing finances, budgeting, and staying on track financially.

Known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and approachable, she believes bookkeeping should help bring clarity and peace of mind—not stress. Her goal is to help clients feel supported, organized, and confident in their financial picture.

When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, hiking, knitting, caring for her three kids, cats, ducks, many plants, and restoring life and love into the historic 1790s home she proudly calls her own.
